Opportunity knocks for Bubble Watch teams this weekend

Work to do

Houston (18-5, 8-3 AAC)
(BPI: 33 | SOS: 77 | SOR: 32 | RPI: 37)

The Cougars are likely going to experience a good deal of bubble tension over the next few weeks. Kelvin Sampson’s team is right on the bracket borderline after winning at home 67-58 against short-handed SMU. The victory takes UH to 18-5, with wins over Arkansas, Providence and Wichita State. In other words, the Cougars are likely to experience a good deal of bubble tension over the next few weeks, and a win at home against Cincinnati next week would be profile-defining.

we need to dismantle tulane sunday and prove that they only can beat this team when hell freezes over and our team is forced to travel through it.

then get out in front of cincinnati on thursday night and stay there for the statement win of the season…

Hopefully the 3 and 4 year guys are trying to put the game away early so some of the new guys can get some time, a la Rudy…or Chuck Nevitt. (sp?)

Official NCAA RPI has us sitting at 33

Just saw that Lunardi moved us from “Last Four Byes” to “Last four in” having us play U$C in the play- in game. Two teams sitting in the “bye” section are teams we beat, Providence and Arky.

Thank goodness he’s not on the selection committee

With an RPI of 33 the Coogs are a lock. Just don’t lay too many eggs down the stretch. Sampson has done an excellent job. My Pack needs to complete a sweep of UNCCheat today to breathe a little easier but they have a much tougher path to the dance than UH. Lunardi is on drugs.

The Longhorn Propaganda Machine must be funding his drugs. He says they’re in as a 9-seed. Should be a bubble team at best
