Starting January 1, 2018, as part of the new tax law just passed, the charitable contribution deduction for money paid for college athletic event seating rights goes away. So pay that money this year if you want to deduct it.
Charitable Contribution annual limits will increase to 60% of AGI. Deductibility of regular Cougar Pride donations and other cash given to UH remain unchanged.
