Good day for Perras as he shot -2 and is tied for 7th.

As far as being the one individual to make it through, he’s one stroke back of those that wouldn’t currently qualify via their team. I’ve highlighted those golfers below with a red box. Ole Miss currently sits one stroke back of South Carolina for the 5th spot.

The 5 teams in the lead have put some separation between them and the next group. 5th place Ole Miss leads South Carolina by 8 strokes. This kind of fleshes out who Perras is competing against.

He didn’t have a good day though and currently sits 7 strokes back of the individual qualifying leader. He basically need a miracle to advance.

Perras ended up finishing 10 strokes back of the McNeese kid. We’re really going to miss him next year.

University of Houston senior Michael Perras posted a 73 in the Final Round and closed out his collegiate career with a 24th-place finish at the NCAA Bryan Regional at Traditions Club on Wednesday afternoon.

Perras, who was one of 10 individuals to compete at the NCAA Bryan Regional, finished with a three-day, 54-hole score of 218 on the 7,121-yard course.

The Deer Park, Texas, native ended his career among the Cougars’ top-10 career leaders in strokes (10,675), stroke average (72.13) and rounds (148).
