This kind of came out of nowhere as Pollard hasn’t been in any draft news leading up to now, but the Sixers are bringing in Pollard along with a number of other players Wednesday for a pre-draft workout. Good luck to him; hopefully he can make an impression as he’s got tools that can translate. I doubt he gets drafted, but maybe a D-League spot or Europe is in the cards.
Quenton DeCosey (Temple) will participate in a pre-draft workout Wednesday. He will be joined by Trevor Cooney (Syracuse), Alex Hamilton (Louisiana Tech), Brice Johnson (North Carolina), Devonta Pollard (Houston), and Kyle Wiltjer (Gonzaga).
