Has not seen the field as he’s been injured most of his career so far. Would hope that he’d be back and can compete for a LB spot, but who knows at this point.

Does anyone know what his relationship was with D’Onofrio when he was there and does he want to play for him again?

thats the only reason houston is brought up. he isn’t from texas
 coach D recruited him to miami

This kid was a top LB who had earned a starting job as a soph at Miami before suffering a terrible knee injury, tearing both the ACL and Meniscus
Worked very hard in rehab, and came back as a back up last 2 years
Now as a senior he wants more playing time and i think with our situation at LB, losing so many guys, he sees a real chance at more playing time and re united with CMD, who recruited him at Miami. He will help us next year.

He had 9 tackles vs Wisc and a pass defensed in end zone to save a TD. Also 6 tackles vs Clemson. Seemed come on late in year
