Sounds like a dangerous team that can compete with anyone in the country and should overwhelm lesser teams.
If this team gels, it could be scary. Much more balanced team, loads more scoring depth, speed, and versatility.
This team should be a menace defensively…and hopefully offensively as well.

I think it was Andy Katz who was on board with us very early last season. I strongly suspect we will not sneak up on anyone nationally (media-wise) this year.

Now… UH just needs to land Sasser & Carrigan 4 next yr and we’re set.
I have a feeling, beyond those 2, that we’ll be in the market for a JUCO or grad transfer big. Carrigan is tall, but he’s thin and probably isn’t going to be suited to banging inside barring Bishop locking him in the weight room for an entire offseason. We’ll need to replace Brady and have someone else that can step in just in case Harris doesn’t make that leap that we need him to make to be a consistent starter.
I think Carrigan will be fine. Bishop will get him ready. I think he’s just lean but strong. Florida & Syracuse are some big time programs that are not going to waste a ship on him if they don’t think he can contribute right away.
I think he can contribute, but he’s probably more of a 4 right now than a 5. CKS likes big guys at the 5.

Our frontcourt is also the best we had at UH in a while as well.
