GREAT movie!!!
Definitely the best movie I’ve seen about the War in Afghanistan.
It was also an excellent Dari language refresher for me!
One thing though. The actor that played GEN Dostum was good, but looks absolutely NOTHING like the real Dostum, whose facial features are much more Far Eastern in appearance.
I like how Afghanistan War Veteran Rob Riggle was in it. Little known fact: Riggle is a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the Marine Corps Reserve, and is a Veteran of both Afghanistan and Kosovo.
