Well, this season-ticket holder of some 67 years has heard nothing at all - called the ticket office and got a helpful guy named Danny (after listening to the stupid voice mail and pushing the proper buttons); he is sending me the email today (I hope)!
In contrast to that, I called the ticket office of UTSA yesterday to get some information about parking in San Antonio. They answered the phone on the first ring - in person - and were very helpful.
Maybe one of these days we will get an efficient ticket office - maybe. Are you listening Hunter?
