Signing Day Updates

Where is the best location to get the latest updates as the NLI’s come in tomorrow morning.

Twitter; follow the UHCougarFB account.

I’ll try to use this thread you created to post updates as well. Others probably will to.

Is there a particular time they start or can they start at 12:01 AM?

They can sign as early as 7 am locally. Almost all come in before noon, but you may have a few that come in later in the day depending on if the kid if having a signing event.

If I remember, Aymiel Fleming made sure his was in at like 7:01 am last year because he wanted to be the first. The rest were in by like 10 am. However, looking at the signing times that @UofHouston13 is posting, we may be in for a long wait tomorrow with some of these guys.

Edit to add: Jeremy Singleton won’t be signing until the afternoon so we’ll be waiting awhile for all the letters to come in.

Looks like they posted a couple of videos up for two guys that count as part of the 2017 class:

Dalton Witherspoon

Dane Roy

Chris Johnson and Trendavian Dickson (both Baylor transfers) also count against the current class

If you have a subscription to All Access, you can watch the Signing Day show and the Press Conference Live. They also have a free link that will update with each signee (they’ve already got the Roy and Witherspoon videos I posted up above on there.

For that reason Applewhite expects to likely sign 22 and hold back a few scholarships, just in case a transfer becomes available. As of late Tuesday, the Cougars had 16 commitments. Three other players - punter Dane Roy, tight end Chris Johnson and receiver Tren’davian Dickson (no longer with the team) – count again this year’s 25-signee limit.

Today is football Christmas!!!

Interesting. COOGS are listing Bradley as an Athlete not a WR.

Could play on defense as a DB, maybe CB

Maybe, he’s the right size for it and we’re loaded at wideout.

May be nothing though.
