Spring practices

What are the rules on spring practices and work outs and such? Do they just have regular s&c stuff and then a few practices before a spring game or is it more involved but less intense than summer/fall?

Teams get 15 spring practices, the spring game counting as one of them. Teams go as hard as they want as coaches can structure them the way they need to.

I’d say they aren’t as intense as summer practices, but it depends on the coach.
