No but Texas and a$m are hated in this state other their fans so there is a chance and Tech etc are on our side now.The climate has changed.

The dirty side of politics. There will be a professional lobby against any change in the PUF funding, as there is in any proposed change in legislation. So be prepared for a lot of discussion and little action. Its the way things are done in government. Sad, but those in power have the best lobby. Make as much noise as we can, and expose them and over time, (years) we might make a difference. At least make them squirm at bit.

All UH and Tech and others have to do is do like a&m did and it will bring it into the public eye and tcu, baylor alums etc will be for it just to stick it to UT and A&M. They are on an island they created for themselves with no allies now. The time is ripe and A&m set the precident for suing to get a fair share.I like when whitemire said it won’t be so bad and the big 12 could merge with the aac as under the aac banner.
