Strike 2 to Davis and strike 3 on Julks weren’t strikes.
LOL, and Cumbie doesn’t get the exact same pitch.
Coogs win 4-0. Another CG shutout for Cumbie. Kid is unreal.
Noncoog new england guys at the bar even said the pitching was good
Team has responded well this week. Need the sweep tomorrow.

Pitching Breakdown:
Trey Cumbie | 9.0 IP, 5 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 11 K
Sophomore Trey Cumbie was Saturday’s star as the southpaw fanned a career-high 11 en route to his second career complete-game shutout win. He allowed just five scattered hits and one walk to the Green Wave to move to 8-1 on the season – the team-leader in wins.
He stranded a pair of runners in the first inning and managed to work the final eight innings, stranding just three. Cumbie struck out the side in the eighth. Three of the five hits surrendered were doubles, but none of those base runners ended up at third.

Trey has really developed nicely into the UH ace pitcher.
