UH had been one of 12 colleges and universities in Texas under investigation for issues related to campus sexual violence. The UH probe began in 2015 and closed on Sept. 29.
The investigation covered whether UH provided prompt and equitable responses to complaints, reports and other incidents of sexual violence or harassment of which it had notice, according to an Education Department document obtained by the Chronicle of Higher Education.
