Do you go to the games @pray10? Or do you just transcribe the live stream?

I wish I could go. I have back issues that have had me laid up for the last 2 years. Going for surgery in about 10 days that will hopefully finally get it fixed. Hoping to go to games maybe later in the season if everything goes right.

Otherwise, I just watch/listen to the stream and post it here.

Yeah I remember that you have that going on with your back. I go to most of the baseball games so I was hoping to meet the famous pray10. Hopefully one day we get to hang out at the games together. I’ll pray for your surgery to go well and I hope you heal fast!

Hah; hope I can make it out there. Thanks for the thoughts and prayers.

Great win over a top 10 opponent, hopefully we can at least get 1 of the next 2 to take the series. Romero pitched really well. Worked fast, and was hitting 95-96 mph on his fastball. That double that got him into trouble in the 5th was very weakly hit, and not indicative of how dominate he was.

Thanks as always for the updates, pray.

2. Romero beats Fullerton
Speaking of dominant aces — Houston junior lefthander Seth Romero has been a strikeout machine through three games, and he picked up his second victory of the season Friday in a 7-4 win against No. 12 Cal State Fullerton. Romero struck out 10 over eight strong innings of work against the Titans, allowing three runs on seven hits and a walk. Through three outings, he has 34 strikeouts and just three walks.
The Cougars jumped out to an early 4-0 lead through two innings against Connor Seabold (6 IP, 6 H, 5 ER). Five different Houston players recorded RBIs as part of a balanced attack. The Cougars improved to 7-2, while the Titans dropped to 4-4.
