Someone said Kendal said. Where’s the proof? What did Kendal say he said? Kendal said, “Hey we need some big uglies on the offensive line. You may not have a girlfriend now, but not to worry. We have a lot of female students that come to the games.” Now insert what you will, but nothing degrading to a female was stated.

Of course they were complimentary of it. Now, we are in bed with them partially absolving their guilt.
They would approve of mandatory rapes of all women if the Southern Baptist church sanctioned it and it helped them win games again.
Unfortunately, I see a similar willingness growing here to sell one’s soul for wins.

Don’t worry guys they’ll be back. Just will take winning which from what I’ve read from several threads UH will be doing a lot of come this fall.
As a personal example I stopped watching baseball in 1994 and vowed to never return. Then 2017 came and went and now I’m a bigger fan than ever.

Only ONE guilty verdict in 8 years for Briles program. Go check out the Horns, Sooners and Florida State’s program. No one brings this fact up because most do not know the facts only what the media’s agenda states. So sad.
What did he say? If you believe salacious verbage in a lawsuit I have oceanfront property in Arizona for you. Lawsuits are meant to draw attention and that’s just what it did. Zero real proof KB ever said those things.

I’m a lawyer. Under Texas law, I can say whatever I want in a lawsuit. ANYTHING. It’s called the litigation privilege. I can’t be sued for defamation or anything else.
That’s why lawyers oftentimes say outrageous things in court filings. Because they can, without penalty.
Just because a lawyer says in a lawsuit that Kendal said something, that isn’t evidence of anything.
