Whats the Paul Harvey on this…

Did the previous AD hide the bill from Pez before he squirmed off to Arkansas?

It is not embarrassing.

I would imagine a big organization like UH gets lawsuits everyday.

Suppliers
Contractors
Students
Employees
Visitors
The list goes on, and on and on.

I bet a few of those litigants might even hire a UH grad.

A few people here might have sued the joint.

It’s mildly embarrassing, but I’m thinking this gets quietly resolved.

Let me add on to my embarrassing comment…

The end product is one of the finest facilities in all of college baseball, but getting to completion…every right turn, we took a left. And even in all its glory now finished, here comes litigation over unpaid bills. And yes, anyone can sue anyone, doesnt mean they are right, but it just adds to the long list of errors in getting this thing done.

The only error in getting to completion that I am aware of was a major commitment not being able to be fulfilled, requiring a new fund raising effort.

Thankful that other donors stepped up to the pate!

Was not aware of that…did not know the cause of the delay. Thats awesome and big thanks to all the donors. Hope to take a tour of the facility one day!!
