Passed ball. Omg let’s not look back before heading to 2nd base. Lol absolutely takes no talent to touch 2nd base or look back to verify if you should go to 2nd.
ok I’m sorry but nothing has changed w the base running mistakes that has been prevalent the last 3 yrs or so. I watched the first gm and 1- 2 runners thrown out at 3rd, 2 more at Home. Now 2nd gm missed bag out, runner rounds 1st base n never looks back to see where the ball is. This is getting old. Not trying to be negative but come on. Plus Whitting’s team just haven’t been very good defensively since at least 2017 Team. Ok, I’m through !!

I mean I like Whitting as a Coach, I thk he knows what he’s doing. But the fundamental mistakes have to stop. Being aggressive is one thg but constantly losing baserunners on base paths has been been going tooooo long. TSU first inn runs were bc of fielding blunders started w routine LLeague grounder to 2nd, then LF ran in b4 realizing it was over his head. Gotta be better to have successful season n be part of #64 .

Gee I hope this is the season we turn things around. For whatever reason Whitting has not been able to recruit very well in the high school ranks despite being in the center of one of the most fertile recruiting grounds in America. Not to mention the new facility…

We have 14 draft prospects.
The 3 arms I’ve seen so far are very impressive. Sears had a shaky first inning that got started with an error by the 2nd basemen with a not very well-played double later in the inning

Noticed a different replacement for Branham on the radio today than the guy we’ve had the last few years, really makes you appreciate what a great job Jeremy does when we do get him for baseball.
