Might not be the play call but rather Tune saw an open receiver down field instead of going for a shorter pass for the first down decided to go for the long pass. It is not always the play calling but how the QB executes. Hard to see on TV if he had receivers open near the first down marker. He might have decided to just got for it all on his own.
