The Big 12 and ACC have one more top notch program than the American, but they do play some horrible teams.
Big12 - KU, ISU
ACC - WF, BC, Syracuse
Plus crap local G5’s and FCS for those schools as well.
If USF can upset FSU, the American will be on par with both of these conferences in the 2016 season. With FSU having a RFr QB, I think they will pull it off. (I know Winston was a RFr…)
