I don’t like the idea of them being able to lease the property. That opens up the option of trying to restart the UT-Houston later on down the road. They need to be forced to sell the property.

How much did UT-Austin buy the property for, and how much can they get per year in grazing rights?
$210 million. They’ll be lucky to get half that which is probably why they’re talking lease now.
