She helped coach A-State’s middle blockers and assisted in a number of practice duties along with handling some aspects of the team’s social media platforms. She played a role in helping the team register 261 total blocks and helped Jessica Uke post the best blocking season of her career with 101.

Reis, a native of Smithton, Ill., played for the Red Wolves from 2013-16 along with Schaedig. She will handle a good portion of the day-to-day operations of the program along with some coaching responsibilities. The former middle blocker was a two-time First-Team All-Sun Belt Conference selection in 2015 and 2016.

Reis finished her collegiate career at A-State with a .302 hitting percentage, good enough to rank as the seventh best in school history. Additionally, she registered 399 blocks during her career, which is the eighth most in program history. She led the squad in blocks in three of her four campaigns.
