Korneila Wright leads the Knights in scoring and assists with 18.2 points per game, to go along with a team-high 73 assists. Nyala Shuler leads the team in rebounds with 7.5 rebounds per game. On the defensive end, UCF allows opponents to average 54.8 points per contest on 35.4 percent and 29.9 percent from the field and beyond the arc, respectively.
Man, close game and Blackshell-Fair misses a jumper from the free throw line at the buzzer that would have tied it. Coogs didn’t get a favorable whistle in the 4th and that may have been the difference.
TOP PERFORMERS Houston: Barnes and Hill would closeout their second straight game in double-figures, finishing with 12 and 11 points, respectively. Hawkins led the team in rebounds with five. For the 19th game this season Houston forced over 15 turnovers.
_ _ UCF: The Knights had two players reach double figures in the game. Kayla Thigpen led UCF with 16 points, Masseny Kaba had added 11. Kaba also led the team in rebounding with five.

I am unclear on The Jasmine Harris situation. Is she injured, suspended, ineligible, what? I occasionally hear that she’s out, but I haven’t heard or seen why.
She’s suspended due to actions during the UCONN game when her and Coach Hughey got into a verbal confrontation after Coach Hughey pulled her. She did not re-enter the game and has not been allowed to sit on the bench since. She must meet certain requirements before she is allowed to return.
