And it wouldn’t be a regional at UH without rain and/or lightning delays.

Hmmm…Aggie coach thinks they’ll have more fans for Game 1 then Game 2.

Hmmm…Aggie coach thinks they’ll have more fans for Game 1 then Game 2.

The aggies received an allotment of 200 tickets, the stadium is sold out except for sro, and tickets to the general public go on sale this morning. Aggies, delusional as ever.

SRO tickets sold out in less than 1 hour this morning. NCAA Baseball Houston Regional is officially SOLD OUT! #GoCoogs #M16

Yikes, the weather forecast is even worse than it was two days ago.

Yep, bring the ponchos

Yikes, the weather forecast is even worse than it was two days ago.

The bad thing will be is if there will be lighting/thunder. Then the game stops and delays will be a nightmare.
Although, just checked weather.com for 77004 zip code and only 20% forecasted.

The math on the Aggie coaches assumption does not work out unless all UH ticket holders hand over tickets to Aggies. I imagine some go to Baylor folks or stay with the UH alums that like watching baseball no matter the school. Fun time of year to watch all of these various pitchers and hitters since each team at this point has some players.

Come on Lawdog as Milo use to say " you make coffee nervous " . Let the weather play itself out…it will be fine…enjoy the moment. #GoCoogs

Bad weather is a hallmark of UH-hosted regionals. Anyone else remember the 1999 regional, where we closed out Texas at about 1:30 in the morning?

I remember the Rice-UH game in the Houston Regional in 2015 going around 20 innings and ending at 3AM. I don’t think weather had anything to do with that one however, it was just a long game.
