has the word come down on if CB Marcus Jones from Troy will be for sure sitting out. are we still waiting?..or has he been granted a waiver and it completely went under the radar?
what about Safety Kelvin Clemmons from Juco/Minnesota. i’m not even sure he needs a waiver…went to Minnesota for basically a few weeks in spring then transferred to houston?..
