The Buffalo Braves, St. Louis Hawks and the Cincinnati Royals should be remembered as well.
Braves became the San Diego Clippers which became the the LA Clippers.
St. Louis Hawks became the Atlanta Hawks.
The Royals became the Kansas City Kings who became the Sacramento Kings,

Nope they sorta became the Carolina Cougars of the ABA and then just died out. I am a collector of Houston sports memorabilia if anyone has Houston Maverick memorabilia I would be interested.
