Memphis stayed with LSU up until 11 minutes left in the 2nd half at which point LSU pulled away and never looked back.

Memphis only shot 40% overall while LSU shot 54%.

Temple forced 20 Georgia turnovers and won a close game over the Bulldogs. Not sure if this was really an upset as Temple had a higher RPI than Georgia last year. Good for the conference to get a solid OOC win.

Well, since I’m tired of reading the football forum, UCONN got a big win over Syracuse. UCF opened their tournament with a win over Cal state Fullerton. The shockers lost to Davidson. Looks like a rebuilding year for them.

Memphis had to go to 2OT to beat Yale at home and needed a few prayer shots to stay in that game.
