2019 off season training - getting better

If we are paying double for this staff than we were paying for the last staff, I sure as hell would hope it is better.

Well, I like a chocolate malted milk shake – with and extra scoop of ice cream, whipped cream, and cherry. I also like pineapple shakes and hot fudge sundaes. I have had ample success in putting on weight.

I have also been carbohydrate loading for a marathon for about 40 of my 72 years now. I haven’t actually gotten around to watching a marathon yet, but you don’t want to get ahead of yourself.

Maybe we need new ninja blenders so we can strip that creatine and other urine enhancers into the finest powder possible. Our goal should be to have quality urine and we need to be committed to take all the supplements that bypass the body’s system and go right into improving urine.

What’s with the horns sign these guys are giving?

Hand turned like that away from camera is a “Houston” sign.

Seeing Logan with #6 on, reminds me, did we retire #7?

Yes, a couple of years ago. Retired it for both Keenum and Klingler.

For about the last decade or so, folks in Houston have kind of created a hand-sign to represent Houston. It’s basically the back of your hand and the two Horn fingers up. Cow College hand-sign has the palm facing you.

And, yes, I do realize how stupid all of this sounds.

Yep, I remember AJ Dugat doing it on the sidelines in 2009 and people getting upset thinking it was for UT. That was the first time I saw it representing Houston.

This is a good blog post that details the whole thing:
