When is the last time we had a position player called up? Let’s go Connor!

Seems like yankee/red sox is the only matchup fox ever wants to air. I got sick of it years ago and stopped watching, but made an exception for this one.

Yankees v Redsox gets priority because it’s a surefire winner in two major media markets. It’s annoying for sure, and like you I thought don’t watch. But I get the business decision behind it and would make the same call if I was in charge.

I’m glad I got to see Wong’s first MLB start, but I’d go with regional coverage. Fox might as well be selling snow shovels in Houston.

Austin Pruitt is pitching for the Astros tonight. It’s a ugly game but he’s pitching in a big league game for the first time since 2019

Looks like Pruitt’s time as an Astro this year is done. Injuries got to him

He’s with Miami now. Hope he does well.

Connor Hollis was promoted to AA in the Rays’ organization September 5.

Nick Hernandez finished with a nice 1.61 ERA at Corpus & teammate Corey Julks’ .287 BA was
the best in his minor league career. It’d be nice to see both of them at Sugar Land next season. Hernandez might be worthy of an Astros non-roster invite next spring.

Isn’t Sugar Land many steps down from Corpus (AA)?
