No composite score yet so we are still ranked 103 for 2022 class. But he is rated an 85 by 247 so that’s pretty good

Seeing a lot of recruits out there with stats, heights, weights, pics, offers, no rankings. Pandemic screwed up this years class rankings. Won’t effect who the player is, just our only metric to judge them on.

I mean he’s 6’5 285, I’ll take that in a heart beat, I’d imagine he’s killing it at the high school level. Will have a rating soon enough

The young man committed to UH when he had many other places he could have gone and you want to put a damper on that? Man, sometimes I just have to shake my head at some folks who are supposed to be our fans.

The kid has a lot of upside. Glad he picked us!
UH has a great pipeline with Manvel, Shadow Creek and Tyler High School. We need to bring in kids from those 3 schools every year

For now ended. He was updated over the weekend, I guess some magical tape watching happened. Top 1000 overall (I like seeing a number there instead of na), top 50 interior offensive lineman overall, just outside top 100 overall players in Texas.
3 stars is not what it was when recruiting started. You rarely ever see a 2 star player. 3 stars are a huge range. I know it is arbitrary but a solid avg of over 85 on a player is something I always look at as a real 3 star.
