Not patience, but my confidence is a little shaken after the last season’s (imo botched) Transfer Portal where we were apparently going after KD & Lofton, but ended up losing them to Memphis & the NBA Draft, respectively, and had to settle for Grad Transfer, Darius Bowser, who only came in as a “practice body” because all the good players had been taken by then.

Not only did FAU take them out in the tourney but FAU will also win the AAC over them despite Memphis being the consensus faves for the new look AAC literally the moment us leaving was announced

Not sure how fast Taze, Kyler and Carlton got announced but yeah
This time last year we saw even with a flop of a portal haul we still sleepwalked to a 1 seed, if we bomb the portal again we will almost certainly have a down year in ‘24

You’re right about that.
That is where you have to give all the credit to the CKS & Coaching Staff. They were able to get this group to play competitively at a consistent level for most of the season.
It was in the Tournament where some of our weaknesses (that ideally would have been addressed via the Portal) would have paid off.
But that’s why CKS is the Coach and I’m just a fan…idk what idk
