Every home team won.

Huge crowds for all games.

No going back to the old system from this wildly successful opening weekend.

Next week will be very interesting.

Unfortunately I expect tu to whoop ASU

The team that can’t beat Michigan just wiped the field with the MIGHTY MIGHTY SEC team. Hmmmmm

Everyone expected Tenn vs OSU to be the most competitive game of the weekend too. We’ll see but Go Coog paw thieves!

Ryan Day is gonna get fired if he doesn’t win it all tho.

Lmao they say this after every top 5 loss

The pressure in Columbus is almost as absurd as cowtown.

I don’t think some of yall understand how much $ they’ve put into this Buckeye team

The NCAA reports that Ohio St. has a total football NIL for 2024 of $20.3M. Texas is $22.3M.

All of these schools are spending big. Ohio St generates a ton revenue. They’re fine.

I’m sure they’ll be fine. What I am saying is, Buckeye has essentially spent so much $ on this team that they’re practically trying to buy a Natty

If I’m not mistaken, they were the favorites in the preseason (yeah I know it’s preseason) to win it all. I had them vs the sips in the final.

I mean honestly they probably should still be the favorites to win it. They’re better than Oregon and definitely better than the winner of ASU/Texas. Really the only team that I’d pick over them is Georgia.

There was nothing successful about 4 playoff games that were ALL lousy because of the huge advantage to the home team
FIX it!! Its a playoff and needs to be first round neautral sites

Better than Oregon? They LOST to Oregon! They arent better than Oregon.

Yah they’re definitely better than Oregon. Should win comfortably against them in Pasadena.

Update: Ohio St -1.5 vs Oregon.
It is hard to beat a team twice in one season.

I don’t think home field advantage was the sole reason for the 4 blowouts. It helped, but I think the weird seeding played a part too in the lopsided matchups. I love that the first round is at the home stadium.
