From my intramural rec days at UH, 10 minutes of gameplay against teams who play slow half court offense is a lot different than 10 minutes against a team that plays with continuous fast breaks.
Wonder if these are new uniforms for the season, kinda boring if it is, like my middle school jerseys were like that.
rather just go modern Phi Slamma Jama jerseys
I actually like that. Simple
The uni’s need some sequins and rhinestones . . . . .
I just hope that the Big 12 patch is bigger this time.
Did Mylik not go on the beach trip?
I’m ngl i actually kinda like them haha
That may be the top to some PSJs in red. It’s the shorts that make the look.
He did. I saw him in one of the ohotos
Here he is in the red next to Quannas and Hollis.
Most of the weight measurements on here are closely accurate. Except for (3) players. On the UH website it says:
*Chase Mccarty: 220 lbs
*Mercy Miller: 200 lbs
*Jacob McFarland: 215 lbs
Are these updated measurements or the same as summer?
The UH website should have the current measurements
*Im curious about McFarland, i thought he was about 215lb last spring. Did he add weight over the summer
*Arcenaux was listed at 205lb, last yr. Maybe with his injury, its been difficult to add weight. We’ll see
Tugler switched from #25 to #11. Kj from #15 to #0 Interesting…
#25 has been a good number for us.
Galen Robinson Jr —> Josh Carlton—> Jarace Walker—> Jojo Tugler–> Mercy Miller
#0 & #1 should be retired (Sasser & Shead)
TA listed as a Jr. Should be So, right?
Correct, he’s a Sophomore
(10:20) “He’s making steady progress. He’s not where he needs to be. But thats okay. This time last year LJ Cryer wasnt where he needed to be either” - regarding Milos Uzan
(11:19) “Im really excited about this freshman we have Mercy Miller, who i think is going to be an outstanding player here”
CKS mentions Arceneaux in the guards group.
Ramon Walker Jr in the forwards group.
(12:17) “I love Chase. Hes got a big body. Hes starting to find his way”
The way coach rattled off names this is the depth chart i see
1.Milos
2.LJ Cryer
3.Emanuel Sharp
4.Jwan Roberts
5.Javier Francis
6.Terrance Arceneaux
7.Jojo Tugler
8.Mylik Wilson
9.Ramon Walker Jr
10.Mercy Miller
11.Jacob McFarland
12.Ced Lath
13.Chase Mccarty
14. Kordelius Jefferson (coach forgot to name KJ. Im getting Kiyron Powell vibes)
There’s just too many good guards. Cryer, Sharp, Uzan, Mercy. And then Next year you have potential Uzan back, Sharp is coming back most likely, Mercy is probably going to be ahead of KJ, and then you bring in potentially Flemings and Harwell. It’s tough to break into that group of guards. KJ may not have it in him. I guess we’ll see.
I liked KJ when I saw him in high school. But no offense he was playing just your average Varsity High school team. Some players you can tell will be special no matter what level. Like the Thompson twins when they were playing in OT Elite.
Unfortunately for KJ, we are starting to recruit at even a higher level.
