Ced Lath running a 5:45 mile at 6’9 260 is absurd

Don’t they get new uniforms every season though? Or is this a significant redesign?

This last year there was a redesign but they were the same as past years (2018 team I think) and they didn’t market it. The uniforms were just ok imo. But not like “oh look at the new threads”. The fact that they are making an announcement means they prob will look a decent amount different from last years. I believe they are the ones Nunez was holding up at his press conference

Can you put a photo of that press conference? Speaking of last year’s uniform, do you remember the one’s that they had to start the season?

I think @Coog1992 has the photos if I’m not mistaking ?

And his was the slowest! Crazy team

The mile endurance comes into play bigtime with overtime games, and some road altitude games. To maintain the defensive intensity for the full 40 minutes requires excellent endurance.

He is a freak of nature. Hoping one day he is coached up to be a good basketball player.

Can he play football?!!!

Lath and Jefferson could probably do some damage on the gridiron.

They are chiseled

Caleb Lohner transferred from Baylor basketball to play football for Utah. He’s 6’8” 235. Hasn’t been used a ton but his 3 catches on the year have all been TDs.

Emanuel Sharp was interviewed by GoCoogs.com tonight (34:10)

Was asked what newcomer has stood out in practice, including redshirt players? (38:40)
Answer: Mercy Miller

For the returning players, whos taken the biggest step in their game this off-season? (39:30)
Answer: Ramon, Jojo, Ja’vier

What steps are you, Emanuel, trying to take in your game, with this new season? (42:10)

Answer: being more comfortable with the ball in his hands, and making decisions. Showing more than catch & shoot abilities. This summer playing out of pick & rolls, getting to the paint, making his teammates better

Emanuel also said he thinks they can play faster, more up tempo, with them having more depth

Sharp is going to be that dude! Sleeper all American, he has to get better with the ball in his hands. If he takes that next step he will be Unguardable.

I love to hear how Francis is being way more aggressive on offense. He looks more fluid and comfortable according to Sharp. He ain’t trying to give up that starting job

If mercy is ready idk what teams are going to do with LJ, Sharp, and mercy launching 3s.

Sharp also said a big difference from this year and last year will be the teams pace. We can play a lot faster, I’m excited to see us run in transition more especially with our defense

I had a chance to talk to him (Francis) a couple of months ago, and he told me he has been working on facing up a defender when he’s on offense and making a move. We’ll see how it translates this year.
