2024 UH & B12 Football Schedule

Very true. Whenever I bet the Coogs, it is never more than what I would bet my friends over a beer or two. There is gambling and there is friendly wagering. A small but noteworthy distinction.

Not only are we going to win the conference, we are going to the playoffs.

Looking at the schedule and the gutting and rebuild of the team we are likely to only win 3 to 4 games, this year is a push hopefully we see more disciplined football then year after next maybe 7 wins, going to be awhile before we make any noise in the big 12 in football, thank goodness we have basketball

Note that more than one preseason Big 12 Poll has us finishing 15th.

                                             🏈

We should win more than 3 or 4 even next yr just bc the coach. Dana could win 3 or 4 next yr.

Overall though I’m a fan of an easier non conf as much as we can within the rules of the big12 which are 1 p5, 1 g5 and 1 fbs or something like that. Wins develop confidence and like coach Tom Osborne of Neb said to us yrs ago, “you need a schedule that can get you wins”. Fla st and Miami made a living off easier slates. Arkansas or today’s Nebraska is a result of tougher slates.

Away game tickets are on sale. Reasonable prices for the OU game on the visitor side. We’ll be there!

Did UH send out email for that? I haven’t seen anything from UH side.

Dana might have won 3 next year don’t kid ur self that is a hard schedule especially on the road, it’s a shame we won’t be relevant again for quite a few years in football

I’ve been checking periodically and the away games just popped up a day or two ago

Still is amazing that Dana could recruit for 5 years, only to become 15th. in a 16 member conference.

Dana finished 11th in a 14 member conference; this is Fritz’s team now. What we are predicted to finish and how we actually finish are two different things.

Yikes 16 is harsh

I like it. I like to be picked last. I like to have our team play with a chip on their shoulders. Think about the upside. This is not a trophy participation we are after. What ever a so called expert write means absolutely nothing until the final whistle comes in. Picked to finish last plays perfectly into HCWF philosophy. He has done it his entire career.

Anyone plan on going to OU game in Norman? If so, are you buying thru UH?

No way should we be picked below Cincy or Baylor or Colorado…and we WONT finish last…Let them pick us where they want.

Someone had to be picked for last, why not us. I don’t think we will be…

I’m hoping to be there short drive from Southern Oklahoma . Looking on the secondary market for tickets, according to my father in law we will be in the South end zone this year. Tickets look to be reasonable

Why don’t you give the new conference a chance. KSU and OSU have been in conference championships. Utah has won the PAC, Arizona is a fun roadie, Colorado will be better at some point. BYU is a fun roadie and TCU is the only team in B12 to win a playoff game. Baylor and Kansas will be better and don’t sleep on UCF. I say good riddance to UT, let the SEC deal with them.
