I figured UCLA would eventually fire Foster. Certainly didn’t expect it to be this quick. But that loss to UNM was not good.

Texas Tech plays UH 10/4/25. That should be the feature college game in the state.
Texas is at Florida and Texas A&M plays at home against Mississippi St. that Saturday.

Since they only played 3 games and in UCLA’s case, school hasn’t started yet. (They do quarters instead of semesters)
Players can redshirt and transfer since the 30 day window is open WHENEVER a head coach gets fired.
Theoretically an entire team of underclassmen could enter the portal and a team could only be playing seniors, grad students and walk-ons for the rest of the year
Whats really the deal at UCLA they were going to the Rose Bowl regularly as late as the 90’s but they have been mediocre at best since the turn of the century. You would think a public school in LA would be attractive, but has high school recruiting gotten bad in California and they don’t have the national brand to attract good players from out of state. I have heard before they were cheap when it comes to coach’s salaries but you can still find up and comers even on a budget UH has the past 30 yrs.
