2025-26 Final Top 25 CFP Rankings [UH #21]

Kinda funny how you see fit to dismiss a post that you haven’t even read.

And if debating me were truly a fool’s errand, then we must have a lot of fools here, because a lot of people debate me.

Anyway, someone copy and paste both my posts into theirs in order to circumvent kfd’s lame ignore attempt.

Pretty sad that someone claims to be “ignoring” me, yet still responds to my posts.

Consistent winners?
Tell that to ASU. They were robbed by the refs and everybody knew it. How many BIG12 teams were in the cfp last season? One more time, how many BIG12 teams were in the cfp last season? Yes, one team and that same team was robbed by the refs.
You want to argue about consistent contenders?
Let’s look at 12 invitees last season:

The BIG12 had as much representation as a G5 team. One more time the BIG12 had as much representation as a G5.
This is how much the cfp and espn consider the BIG12. They/cfp and espn could care less about the BIG12. You argue about consistent contenders? Let’s call the cfp for what it is. Yormark is 100% correct when he agreed to let the big10 and sec decides about future cfp expansion…but under specific conditions. The BIG12, ACC and G5 have to agree on these possible expansions, meaning more BIG12, ACC and G5 schools. This is why this cfp expansion is taking so long.

Why are there so many 3 loss Big 12 & ACC schools ranked, including ASU, who we BEAT head-to-head?

I noticed that, too. 8-3. With two ranked wins who are also 8-3.

This is semi useful

Also of note, JMU and UNT made it so if Duke pulls the upset over UVA they’re for sure getting left out of the playoffs.

If…Virginia wins and BYU losses…

  1. Ohio State
  2. Indiana
  3. Oregon
  4. Georgia
  5. Ole Miss
  6. Texas A&M
  7. Texas Tech
  8. James Madison if they win, Tulane/ North Texas if JM loses

We could potentially end our season ranked and also enter the 2026 season ranked with the recruiting class we have coming in.

Amazing what could have happened had we beaten WVU and TCU

Amazing what could have happened if fans actually showed up to home games

Fans don’t play on the field. Turnovers and missed field goals costed us a rematch against Tech in Arlington

More respect from the committee than from the polls….still think we should be ahead of Arizona.
