My thoughts on Rodney Terry, hope for average success, so his average program is kept in place
Going forward in recruiting i see: 1.Baylor 2.Houston 3.Texas 4.Tech 5.A&M/TCU
With a better coach, & their NIL resources Texas should be #1 in the state

Whats the upside for UH by having UT be good in basketball. I personally dont have no attachment towards the school or wish a good tenure out of Rodney Terry on the basketball side. Shoo-- they’re no longer conference mates.
Forget average-- hope they under performed every year.

Not wishing for them to be good. Just slightly above average. Like last season
Rodney is a decent coach. But doesnt have a recent history of developing pros.
If Chris Beard was still at Texas, i do think guys like Kingston Flemings couldve been pursuaded to go to UT
Instead its Houston, Tech, Arkansas for Flemings.
Harwell took a visit to Texas. Got the full Austin experience & still committed to UH. Means 5 stars arent buying what UT is selling

I think UT is a consistent #3 in new version of Texas recruiting behind us and Baylor. Maybe if they get a better coach they will pull better but right now they are selling NIL and average coaching.

Watch a couple of UT games and you will see a pattern.
