But you had to exclude 9 games to get to that RPI, and TT, Sam, A$M and TCU will be good games.
Looks like people are stuck with me at baseball now too. Season tickets purchased down the third base side. Hoping for some fun games even if the Coogs do not compete for a title this year.
I think their new season parking pass is a good idea as well. Looked into tickets in the past, but the individual game parking seemed expensive.
âCompete for a titleâ?
They canât even compete for the post season yetâŠâŠ

Whatâs so sad is I logged on to my Coog account to look at buying season tickets for baseball. I clicked on the + sign to expand my options. All it told me if I was going to resell then,I had to notify them. I ainât the most astute, but looking to buy tickets shouldnât be this hard.
I simply called the ticket office and they were very helpful in letting me know the details of the parking pass. Then going ahead and getting me set up over the phone.
Question for those regular game goers:
I have not been to a game at UH specifically. I am hoping to take my camera to a few for some fun pics. Looking at some older pictures last night of the stadium and saw there was a net that extended all the way along the dugout (to block foul balls I assume). Is that net current and still extending the length of the dugout?
Going to Astros games it seemed the back netting stopped at the beginning of the dugout an not covering the whole length.
Other college games I have gone to have almost exclusively been general seating past the baselines so never really looked.
Netting looks to be there last season and I donât see it ever coming down. Itâs probably a NCAA rule now.
Thanks. Yes, probably a college thing that I just never noticed.
Was there an alumni vs team game this year? or will there be one? I noticed Rice and Texas had their game last weekend.
If there is no game, it could be because no alumni want to be a part of it.
The last alumni game I went to was about three years ago. It wasnât your typical alumni vs current team game. Each side had no more than two former players in the game at one time, and most of the alumni who showed up didnât get into the game at all. All they did was watch the game from the dugout. By the time the game was over, almost all of them seemed to have realized they wasted their time showing up and left early.
When your alumni donât care that is very tellingâŠ.not like we didnât all know.
I saw 3 stories about Rice baseball on the news last week and its crickets about UH Baseball.
The cricketerer it is, the better. I have no faith in our baseball program until Todd is out of here.
Looking at the roster it looks like a couple of guys who seemed like good pickups are gone.
Maybe Iâm wrong but this dude is running his program like a JC.
Most of you know what Iâm talking about.
KPRC story from Jan. 30th.
Season starts next Friday.
Nobody seems excited.

Why would they be?
Iâm donating 4 tickets to UT and Friday Baylor game to our little league raffle ticket options. I donât think anyone will be happy about winning tickets to the Baylor game. Lol
Looking to resell them? Lol
Where would we do that?
I found it humorous that it was so hard to buy season tickets for baseball on line but it was so easy to find the disclaimer that I had to notify them if I was buying them for resale. ![]()
