Pre-season I thought anywhere 12-18….maybe 13-17 would be where they ended up.
This has been a REALLY bad season even by TW standards.

Just looked the guy up.
Former pro player and an assistant at UT/aTm/LSU.
We could certainly do worse.
He has some nice Texas and Louisiana connections but he would be down my list.
No way I’d take him before Allen, Hallmark or Trout.
BTW, Hallmark got thrown out of his son’s playoff game this weekend 
His son was on the mound and pitching really well late into the game….as the inning ended the kid cussed (at himself ) and a field ump tossed him……REALLY bad umpire that wanted to inject himself into the game.
Anyway, Pat started with F bombs and the same ump tossed him.
Another ump apologized to him postgame for his colleagues ridiculousness.

I’m always a little leery of Associate Head Coaches who are also the recruiting heads of big dollar programs. Different challenges here.

Class act for the other ump to apologize. You don’t see that very often.
Reminds me of a Gordie Howe story.
One of his sons got tossed. Gordie skated up to the ref and asked why. Ref said his son called him an s.o.b. homer. Gordie asked him if he could toss a guy for what he thought (as opposed to what he said). Ref said no. Gordie said “Good, 'cause I think you’re an s.o.b. homer.”

Several of Wayne Graham’s former AC’s have a good track record, but as good a HC Jim Schlossnagle is, I’d prefer we didn’t hire one of his assistants again.
