4 men declared innocent, a case against capitol punishment

Here comes the posse. Some of you people really get triggered when others disagree with you. “Simple mind”, “simple person”, “F*ck off” gif. Can you express yourself in a manner with a bit less of all the ad hominem attacks?

You guys love the questioning game, and when people don’t respond to your questions, you whine about it for 3 days. Don’t answer, and don’t expect anyone to answer yours.

I didn’t question anything. You deflected which is fine. Do as you wish. I’m not whining though. But feel free to whine about me not answering if you’d like. I just don’t want to chase your deflection.

I made a point and you chose to ignore it and go another direction. That’s fine.

I care about innocent people being put to death. That’s my point. Vengeance doesn’t rule the day for me. If it does for you, that’s fine. I just disagree.

Life is really important to me and I try to consistently apply that. Others see it differently, that’s ok.

In the thread title "a case against capitol punishment. Hardly a deflection

It should be “a case against capital punishment”

I’ve seen you whine more than anyone else here when @92010Coogs wouldn’t answer some of your gotcha questions, don’t be coy

It was a deflection. I didn’t say off topic.

But I just answered it for you. So you can move on from it.

Have I ever questioned you? Are you his defender?

No, I’m an astute observer

If you say so. Sure looks like it. I can handle it though.

I mean you can just call me out it doesn’t hurt my feelings any. But your posts are how do I put this diplomatically, not exactly at a serious argumentative level.

Which is totally fine it’s a message board. No one is grading anyone.

And I won’t treat you as such

I’m not part of any posse. I just call it like I see it. Sometimes people will agree with me, other times they won’t. All good.

Sounds like someone claiming to be another victim…of the RT Round Up
Posse ! Hang ‘em high sheriff.
lol

This all gets so crazy on here at times; who needs comedians for laughs.

On this you’re right. Are you a member of the grammar posse ?
Heard there a pretty tough group to ride with pardner .

That’s not elderly enough for release. God help the children

VERY effective, in fact. There’s not a single instance recorded in which an executed murderer ever committed another one.

What he meant is living in Austin is punishment enough. Unless, of course, you’re a Longhorn fan.

This thread is about innocent ppl being sentenced to death.

States with no death penalty do not have a higher violent crime rate than states with the death penalty.

The State should not be allowed to exercise such power as it can not provide adequate restitution when that power is exercised incorrectly. This is the most fundamental of conservative principles but I’m not surprised it doesn’t have many adherents here.

My post was in response to yours. In any case, I always allow for a little wobble in thread topics.

How can the worst possible human beings being able to walk free?
I do not care if you are:
White
Black
Mixed race
Male
Female
But this ought to be a priority for anyone. Protect the most vulnerable. When the worst human beings are released into society we have to ask the most basic question.
Why?
Why are we doing this to ourselves?
Clearly this p.o.s. belongs in jail for the rest of his life but probably more importantly on death row.
Despicable is never a strong enough word for this kind. The judge ought to be prosecuted himself/herself. The California bar association should/ought to come down on the harshest way possible and get rid of this judge ASAP.
This is truly inexcusable. .
