Odd bedfellows for the ruling.
Surprised this got to the Supreme Court since it can’t really be enforced anyway. Unless this would have been the first step towards the government controlling the internet like China or North Korea.
It’s all very odd. I would have predicted something
like an 8-1 ruling or better on something that’s so fundamental.
Thought this was going to be a football record prediction.
