While watching Temple put it to Navy early, it has been confirmed that Art Briles will be one of 5 definitely interviewed. Not sure I like that, but the other confirmed were Kiffin, Miles, Orlando, and Applewhite.
They are doing a good job of covering the pitch
They are playing a more base D vs putting a MLB 8-10 yards deep like we schemed.
There were two players who killed us on defense in that Navy game. I wont call them out, but Taylor/Bowser being out and one of our safeties not wanting to tackle let them run over us.

Navy’s starting QB is out.
Also, UH AD released statement to Khan that Briles is NOT in running for head coaching position.

I’m very happy that Hunter stated that because it seems a lot of news outlets are announcing that briles
will be interviewed, without checking with any legitimate sources for that types of announcement.

Major props to Temple. I think this speaks to the strength of the American Conference as a whole. It’s certainly not just a basketball conference.
