Fine… look like a Techie that game…
UH colors are red and white. That’s what I’m wearing. I won’t be ashamed of wearing my Game Day shirt at any venue at any time much less at our stadium during a game.
Sorry not sorry if it hurts anyone’s feelings. And no one will mistake me as a Techie fan. That I promise.

Depends how the season goes, if we beat TT, the flood gates may open. Arizona, WVU and TCU could be good games at TDECU.

If ugly sells. Go for it. Nothing like the Oilers uniforms though. We still resemble Madison High more than ever.
I have enough red, white, grey, black shirts to not buy a powder blue one as well.

I found it interesting that single game ticket prices through UH are higher for the Colorado game than for the Tech game!
Stay tuned. UH may be using surge pricing. If Texas Tech and UH go into their game with anything on the line, ticket prices will soar. Expect a sellout.

More fans, yes, but judging by our last couple of matchups, they don’t travel nearly as well as they’d have you believe. In 2017, the game didn’t even sell out, despite us coming off the 2015 and 2016 seasons and having Kyle Allen (who was still being hyped!) at QB. Lotta empty seats in '21, too, despite what Lone Star Sports & Entertainment would have you believe.

That 2017 game was incredibly hot. It was close to an announced sellout, but there were large swaths of empty seats. 11:00am games in the first 6 weeks of the season are the worst.
Not arguing the point about the number of Tech fans - just an observation about that game that we would have won but for our QB’s 3 turnovers. Still bitter. 
But I suspect that they’ll bring a better crowd this year.

If Applewhite would have started King that game instead of Kyle Allen/Kyle Postma, then we would have won that game.

Absolutely. I can still see Allen standing at the Tech 25 where literally anyone could have run for a TD…He stands there 10 seconds and throws an incomplete…UGH!!!
