With these coaching changes, can one expect the quality of play to drop in our conference in the coming years? Will that affect our rankings?
Probably. It is a shame they all feel the need to leave. It also shows how much not being paid appropriately is costing our conference. We have such a high level of success that everyone drools over our coaches.

One goal remaining for the UH athletics of power to be. Is that they need to go to a P5 conference. UH is just treading water so to speak.
Will this affect our hiring committees decision on who we hire? Will they be more open to taking a risk towards someone who may not have the tools necessary to win 10 games in their first season?
I’m not sure how a top 30 salary in year two of your first head coaching job qualifies as not paying enough.
