ustr.gov I posted above
I’m not seeing original link but may be missing it.
Are those comments new or old?
I read another article on it where McDonald’s said they aren’t necessarily increasing employees, at least not by 375,000. From the AP:
“McDonald’s stressed that the new hires will be for permanent positions. But that doesn’t mean the company expects its U.S. workforce to exceed 1.1 million people by the end of the summer. The hiring takes into account that there are always a lot of workers coming and going at McDonald’s.”
Pretty cryptic comment honestly. In any case, not exactly good jobs as you noted.
You aren’t looking very hard
They are talking by 2027. Doesn’t anyone read anything?
Are you new here? We only read sensationalized headlines.
Not quite.
We are at 10% that is a huge drop off from the original
They are at 30%
…they have 90 days to make a deal.
Biggest factor? The chinese led ccp economy is collapsing. Banks are defaulting left, right and center
This gives our companies an opportunity to reload.
It also tells India, Vietnam and other major players to hurry up and make a great deal.
BRILLIANT
The original premise was an across the board 10% tariff except China which would be 30% until they came correct on fentanyl.
So, we are exactly where he wanted to be. However, I doubt the Chinese deal is done in 6 months because there are do many parts.
Yes, I read. And I’m telling you what they said.
McDonald’s said Monday it plans to hire up to 375,000 U.S. restaurant employees this summer, its biggest hiring push in years
Chinese also left their agriculture retaliation tariffs.
We also gave in on not going after them for retaliating which we said we would.
Not sure why I need to look for your source.
McDonald’s Launches Largest Hiring Push in Years
The burger giant hopes to create up to 375,000 jobs as it eyes 900 U.S. openings by 2027.
All you had to do was read the title. Guess that was too stressful
I provided another source that uses McDonald’s as a source.
I know what your article says. AP says something different.
I understand, AP is always right. LOL
And QSR is always right?
Two sources say two slightly different things. You don’t know which is right, neither do I.
But AP quotes McDonald’s in their article. I would assume they know what they’re talking about. Maybe they misspoke, idk. You can ignore it. That’s fine.
In any case, no reason to act like you’re acting.
If you used a gram of brainpower, hiring 300,000 by summer, is absurd. I’m sure you couldn’t afford it
Earlier today you shared a post from Oli Landon. Yes this
Oli thru Glenn Beck. So let’s just say your sources are certainly interesting.
Ok, man.
TBH, I’m not even sure why we are talking about part time McDonald’s jobs.
