Antisemitism can't be ignored

Nah, one or big problems in education is a complete lack of accountability. This is an easy one, if these kids are unwilling participants(think hazing from older kids) they need to speak up to that. But organizers, photographer, and if they were willing participants all need to be skull f’ed with consequences

Interesting, going from a "kids don’t understand " to expulsion ( can never go back to that school) in minutes. Is that your final
take on it ?

If they pulled the stunt in a public park, it probably is freedom of speech type thing. But
being on school property, I’m pretty sure, they are violating a few sections in the student conduct handbook.

I’m curious now what Jewish posters here think appropriate punishment should be if was
just a teenager prank.

Yes and both of my opinions can be truths

If they merely punish with a suspension, then do they punish every nazi “prank” with suspension?

Or do they expel the students, sending a message that this can never happen again?

“Both my opinions can be truths”
Even when they contradict each other, your personal subjective truth cannot be challenged by anyone… including yourself

Yes, if it’s a foolish kid thing by not knowing what they are promoting.
Suspension is not tap on the wrist imho.

But I’m curious and do like hearing what people in the community of Judaism and education think is appropriate punishment for the children.

Okay !
Not sure I even know what that means…but sounds pretty severe.

Maybe we go a little more medieval on them and wack off a pinky finger too ?

Or we can just give them a Podcast

It’s still not a genocide.

If it was a genocide, please answer these questions:

  1. If extermination of the Palestinian people is Israel’s goal, why didn’t it happened?
  2. Why are millions of Palestinians safe under full Israeli control?
  3. How does the legal standard for proving genocidal intent fit here?
  4. Why did the IDF risk soldiers’ lives in door-to-door combat?
  5. Why is the civilian-to-combatant casualty ratio lower than in other urban wars?
  6. Why were IDF tactics often consistent with avoiding civilian harm?
  7. Why facilitate mass medical care if the goal is extermination?

As Law would say, please be candid in your response.

EVIL anti-Semitic TERRORISTS!!!

AP News-
"Australia, a country of 28 million people, is home to about 117,000 Jews, according to official figures. Antisemitic incidents, including assaults, vandalism, threats and intimidation, surged more than threefold in the country during the year after Hamas attacked Israel on Oct. 7, 2023, and Israel launched a war on Hamas in Gaza in response, the government’s Special Envoy to Combat Antisemitism Jillian Segal reported in July.
Throughout last summer, the country was rocked by spate of antisemitic attacks in Sydney and Melbourne. Synagogues and cars were torched, businesses and homes graffitied and Jews attacked in those cities, where 85% of the nation’s Jewish population live. "

Telling that this wasn’t a lone gunmen. People planned this horrific act together

I copied this from a friend of mine. There is no way I can write this elegantly. When these terrorists tell you who they are and what they intend to do, it’s time for the world to listen and start believing them.

When people say that they hate Jews & want to kill Jews (& have detailed that in charters, speeches, & textbooks) & then do exactly that, over & over across the world, Jews know what the problem is. It’s the failure to unequivocally condemn & harshly counter that language & action. People & politicians who counter homicidal intent & terrorism with latitude, diplomacy, “love & kindness”, encourage terrorism & bring more death & hatred of others into the world. Chanukah is coming tonight with or without the terrorists, & as our people have done for millennia, we WILL continue to hold light. May the memories of those who were murdered for being born Jews be a blessing to all. May we stand up together in the LIGHT with truth & humanity.

You are are asking the wrong questions, and those questions are very defensive

Agreed, anyone who wants to kill Jews for the mere sake of being Jewish are terrible people

It literally makes zero sense

You refusing to answer the questions doesn’t make them the wrong questions. Come on…give it a try. Answer them.

I’ve already told you that Israel will never outright declare a genocide. That doesn’t even make any strategic sense.

That doesn’t mean it isn’t happening as we speak.

With that said, several of your questions are written as if they’re foundational in fact, when they’re are not factual.

Answer the questions. The more you learn the higher the chance of not being anti-Semitic.

I can’t answer questions that are rooted in your own biased and non-factual realm

I also am not antisemitic. Why do you keep accusing me of this?

If I’m antisemitic, then what is Hitler?

You’ve admitted to be anti-Zionist. Anti-Zionism = Anti-Senitism.

Your continued accusation of Israel’s attempted a genocide = blood libel = anti-Senitism.

If you fail to condemn or even acknowledge the genocide in Sudan but accuse Israel of genocide = anti-Semitism.

If you fail to condemn if even acknowledge the genocide in Nigeria but accuse Israel of genocide = anti-Senitism

Should I go on?

I’m not a zionist because I don’t believe that Israel should have an influence on America, but that doesn’t mean I don’t believe that Jews have a right to exist.

Seperate the two.

With that said, I also understand how Israel (seperate from any population that occupies the country itself) plays a strategic role in American imperialism
