I’m not a fan at all of paciolan’s website interface, slow and clunky.
Anyways I understand why people are itching for the tickets, I assume they are trying to send paper tickets and electronic tickets out at the same time. The paper ones take longer to get together of course.
It always feels it is such a pain in the neck to download tickets to my phone once I get the link. Gotta download each game separately and then download each parking pass separately. I have to believe there’s a more efficient way. Am I missing some kind of trick that everyone else knows?

You should only have to download each seat once. They will update to the next game after the current game has started. At least that’s what mine have done the last couple of years.
Called today to talk to my guy at the ticket office, Branon Vaughn. Was saddened to find out he is gone. Seems his contract was not renewed. He is a great guy and helped me any time I needed help. It appears that someone thinks it is best to throw the baby out with the bathwater. If that person reads this…bad idea. If you worked with Branon and liked him …sqeak!
This past year, my BB tickets, with one download, updated once game at a time. Instead of having to download each ticket and pp, it auto updated sometime after checking into the game.
This explains why he has not responded to my e-mail. Maybe someone on here can help. SO has serious back issues and uses a walker. She wants to try the garage for handicap parking. Will I need to purchase a season parking pass or can I pay at the gate? Also, if available, what is the cost to park? We usually get to games early, so we should be able to find a handicapped space.
If you’re All American Club ($1250 CP donation) or higher, you get garage parking. Beyond that, I think it’s a matter of whether those spaces are available when you get there - I don’t think you can purchase handicap parking specifically.
I think you can buy individual gameday parking passes in advance, subject to availability. I wouldn’t recommend trying to get into the garage with cash parking, although I think it is possible.
If your seats are on the south side, you might want to look at that lot that’s right across Cullen from the SE corner. It used to be available pay at the gate - don’t know how many handicap spots it has, though.
I just increased my “donation” to Cougar Pride to get garage parking. Last year they no longer let you use the garage solely because you had the handicap placard. They claimed it was because the govt deemed the parking did not meet the standards for handicap parking. So now handicapped folks get to navigate much longer distances to reach designated handicap spaces. The death of common sense marches on.
Conspiracy theorists might argue this was an opportunity to increase revenue on the backs of a relatively small and less powerful group of customers. 10 years ago the additional walking would be a minor inconvenience. Father time and health has changed that for some of us. I can do little more than btch about this if I want to attend games but btch I will.
I have always ‘swapped down’ from Garage to Blue Lot passes. The walk from the handicap spots there was ok for me and I want nothing to do with getting stuck in the garage postgame if I could help it. That led to my most “UH parking” moment ever (I’ve had my share). Pulled up to park for the SHSU(?) game and they had moved the handicap spots to the east end of the lot… farther away than the regular spots!. They must have heard from folks because it was back to ‘normal’ the rest of the year.
It seems like the entire ticket staff has been turned over from the start of last year. I used to talk to Russell, but he left around this time last year. Anyone know what happened to everyone?
