I think he meant somehow the AP didn’t put us lower because they typically drop us faster than other schools it seems…
they probably lost all of their votes when they lost to ok state and we’re less likely to see dramatic shifts in polling in february vs november or even early conference play

All their losses including Ok St are Quad1.
They are 4-4 in Quad 1 and beat Kansas, Tech and the first place team in the SEC

Houston should definitely jump us, while none of the top 6 teams’ losses were bad. All close, all on the road, all against quality teams, and all in tough environments.
It wouldnt surprise me if Iowa State doesnt jump 1 or even 2 of those teams because of the Baylor debacle. Nothing about that win, other than Milan, was impressive.
Personally, I don’t see Duke dropping much, if at all. They lost in a road rivalry at the buzzer vs a top 15 team. I could see UH anywhere between 4-6

on the other hand the mock bracket is going to be out this weekend and if nothing crazy happens midweek thats where i think we can be ahead of you though it doesn’t matter much since we’d play each other the soon after that
Would be cool if UCLA beats Michigan and AZ wins Vs Kansas and TTU. Then our matchup Vs them would be #1 Vs #2
