Babers is an arrogant former horn player snob and his article comes off as if it came directly from one of their fan boards.
He believes … "when it comes to football at both the University of Texas and within the state we’re still the Joneses."
For all intent and purposes this article appears to be an obituary for BIg12 conference … with lil evidence other than the horns and sooners are the supposedly “Rockefellers and Vanderbilts” of the conference and the rest are no doubt homeless vagabonds.
Even CowChip Brown and Kirk Bohls aren’t as conceited and pompous.
