Yeah, I don’t remember seeing anything last year about perfect attendance even though I know I had perfect attendance.
I’m on hold with my “Cougar Athletic Representative.”
I hate this ticket office so much.
My rep said I have scanned into every game and should have gotten the email, but I never received it.
Took a 6 minute phone call, she said they have been receiving several calls this morning about it, looks like they messed up this one…

I thought they cleaned house in the ticket office. Are the new people interns still in training? I’ve mentioned this before on this board but I always had a good experience with John Noud. He was responsive and always tried to accommodate my requests.

My new Cougar liaison came through. I emailed her questioning the invite and she immediately took care of it. She has no idea what the deal is, but she said she was going to look into it.

Poor timing for sure, not sure what else they could have done, given the schedule. Planning on hitting the lettermen first and then heading over to the attendance event.
Why not have it at 6pm on Monday before Kansas to not interfere? The last one I went ti was before a weeknight game and it was only an hour, which seemed long enough.

We missed 3 games but our tickets were used
If they were used, you should have gotten credit. I sold one game and gave a game back to UH and got attendance credit. Give them a call if you are able to attend
Contact your CP representative. They will get it corrected…
